The superpolished zinc selenide (ZnSe) window is a plane infrared optical component manufactured with a high-precision polishing process. It uses high-quality CVD zinc selenide crystal as the substrate, delivering high transmittance across an ultra-broad spectral range from 0.6 µm to 16 µm. It is particularly suitable for 10.6 µm CO₂ lasers and 8–12 µm long-wave infrared (LWIR) thermal imaging.
